David D. Magilke, MD, earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Oregon. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU), graduating summa cum laude, at the top of his class. He also earned ADA distinction. Dr. Magilke completed a residency in Otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery at the University of California, Davis Medical Center. He is a member of the Association of Northwest Physicians and the Oregon Medical Association. Dr. Magilke has hospital privileges at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center and Legacy Health Care System. Dr. Magilke is double board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology — head and neck surgery — and the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
